Sometimes we have to upgrade to a newer PostgreSQL and adapt project and documentation accordingly. It is necessary to:
- Test upgrade
- Check and update Upgrading PostgreSQL chapter together with correct versions in caption
- Update versions/keys/links in Installation PostgreSQL chapter
