Description
- Implement database index creation feature into mentat-dbmngr.py management tool
- Feature must be configurable using configuration file
- Create appropriate configuration file containing all necessary indices for proper system setup
- Incorporate index creation into Debian packages (post-update scripts) and into Ansible role

This feature was implemented into mentat-dbmngr.py utility script. The thing that remains to be done is to verify and polish the index creation process, document the usage and incorporate the index creation somewhere into the installation and usage manual.
