Mentat

• Exclude groups with different source from the updating script (source of the groups in the processed file is given by the command line argument). This would result in having two groups: __GRID__ with source=manual and abuse@mentacentrum.cz with source=negistry .
• Exclude networks with different source from the updating script. This results in having one group (__GRID__) with source=manual and a couple of networks, some of them with the source=manual and some of them with the source=negistry/ripe_cesnet.

I went with the second option in 299799e1.

Merged into devel and deployed on mentat-alt.

Deployed on mentat-hub. I've added the networks which have been removed.
