When registering to Mentat, it should be more obvious to chose the group

Description

We would like to motivate new users to actually chose the group they want to be in.

  1. We could show them more (especially organisation, but possibly all?) attributes from the federation (which we possibly already have).
  2. We could redesign the group chooser to first have (unselectable) "Choose the group...", then list of groups, and the last (hardest to get to) "No group".
  3. Possibly add another text area, active only on "No group" chosen, for explanation why user does not want to be in any group?
