Description

The periodical event reporter is tested well enough, but reports generated by informant are not. Improve that so that it is possible to make changes in templates for generated reports and review the results.

Informant test should be tested similarly to reports - generate report from test data.

We need to improve tests everywhere, closing, as we'd like to improve CI pipeline, integrate with Coverity and prioritize appropriately
