Description
Unix timestamp based functions calculate wrong DST offset. Dan already has a patch, so this issue is to nail down upstreaming it.

Mentioned functions has been probably used by the obsolete Kostej's honeypot connectors only. But they can be used in the future by someone else.
I've no write rights to the Warden repository (should I?), so I'm attaching my simple patch to this note. Pavel, could you please push it?
