BEESIP

Create script which will do crash report of BESIP. It hsould be reproducable on same image. Willl be used for extended crash reporting.
It should have two parts. First which will enable crash reporting and core creation.

besip_cr start

second, which will collect logs, overlay and core dumps and create tgz from it

besip_cr report
it will create file:
besip-${target}-${version}-${date}.tgz
