Description

When editing a reporting filter with valid_from or valid_to set, e.g. this one, the time in editing form is two hours (or more/less based on the timezone) greater than the time originally set. If the form is saved without any changes made, the time in the database is increased by two hours, which is not correct.

This bug is present in both basic and advanced filters.
