Description
The multiple select javascript library's only version which supports bootstrap v5 is still in beta, and is causing problems (e.g. duplication of options on refresh of the select field).
A replacement (preferably one without jquery dependency) would be suitable.

I looked through the multi-select modules, and possible candidates I found are:
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Assignee set to Jakub Maloštik
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
When I try to toggle Target/Host/Event/Detector in Event search, nothing happens. Well, I only see the error in the console.
- Status changed from Feedback to Resolved
- Status changed from Resolved to In Review
- Target version changed from Backlog to 2.12
- Status changed from In Review to Closed
- Related to Bug #7737: An abuse group is (wrongly) autoselected when creating new filter added
