Description

When user reaches query quota (7 queries), HTTP 400 (Bad Request) is shown and text "It seems you have done something naughty." is displayed. But the text saying "You have reached your event search query quota: 7 queries. Please wait for your queries to finish and try again. You may also review all your currently running queries." appears only if the user has developer rights, which is not very user-friendly.
