Description
It would be nice to have the API for the reports. Some endpoints were created in #4366 so it might be helpful to look at that.

So the reason why I couldn't access mentat-alt API with curl is because mentat-alt is hidden behind shibboleth. I updated the apache2 configuration to allow my IP address and I also fixed some bugs in the code. Now it seems to be working with curl even on mentat-alt.
