Description
In object managment dashboard, reporting settings table, remove "groups with no reporting" (because in the current state, no groups end there) and change "Groups with custom emails" to "Groups without custom emails" because of the changes in #7556.

Groups fall to "groups with no reporting" if their reporting mode is set to none, so this category will not need to be removed. But I will update the tooltip to make it more clear.
